Aims
The Division aims to facilitate and support the University in the areas of services, governance and capability. The strategies outlined in its strategic plan reflect the increasingly complex array of activities and services which the Division provides to the University community.
The Division is operating a dynamic environment characterised by the following:
- Emphasis on research capacity
- Quality learning and teaching
- Real world positioning
- Information and communications technology, and
- Scholarship.
Our priorities are to:
- Work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to provide a positive student and staff experience through provision of high quality services.
- Align our capabilities to operate in an environment of change and growth, preparing for the future through regeneration, engagement and innovation
- Be a major influence in setting the landscape of enterprise architecture for the University, and
- Provide the governance framework for the University.
